Andie Schlenker
Executive Director, The Academy at American High

Development/Creative/Production Intern 2021-2022
Andie Schlenker joined The Academy in 2021 as an intern, using her background in accounting and arts administration to break into the film industry. After gaining hands-on experience across development, production, and operations, she helped rebuild and expand The Academy from the ground up and now serves as its Executive Director. Today, Andie is also a producer at American High, co-producing the upcoming Netflix series Minimum Wage and working to develop and produce upcoming projects with the company.
Tristan Hall
Head of American High Digital, American High
Creative/Production Intern 2022
Tristan Hall joined American High in 2022 as both a Creative and Production Intern while studying Television and Digital Media Production at Ithaca College. After quickly standing out through his editing, design, and leadership skills, Tristan grew through multiple roles across American High Digital before becoming Head of Digital, now helping lead content creation and production for social platforms reaching millions of viewers worldwide.
Hailey Tredo
Head of AI, American High
Creative/Production Intern 2022-2023
Hailey Tredo began as a Creative Intern in 2022 and quickly became a driving force behind American High’s emerging AI and digital initiatives. Now serving as Head of AI at American High and an adjunct professor at Syracuse University, Hailey has worked across pre-visualization, VFX, graphic design, and project development for productions including Rolling Loud and Minimum Wage, helping shape the future of creative technology in filmmaking.
Edwin Domachowski
Programs & Development Coordinator, American High
Creative Intern 2025
Edwin Domachowski joined The Academy as a Creative Intern in 2025 and quickly turned his passion for storytelling into a career in film development and production. After gaining hands-on experience on local productions as both a wardrobe and set PA, Edwin now serves as Programs & Development Coordinator for both American High and The Academy, helping oversee script development, intern programming, workshops, and community outreach while continuing to build his career as an award-winning screenwriter.
Matt Sacca
Comedy Writer & Creative Executive
Formerly Head of Development & Interns, American High
Development Intern, 2018
Matt Sacca began at The Academy in 2018 as a Development Intern, quickly becoming one of American High’s top script readers before rising to Head of Development and Internships. Since then, he has worked across development and production on numerous American High and Hulu projects, including Summer of ’69, Prom Dates, and Never Change, while continuing to pursue his own career as a comedy writer and producer. Now an independent writer, he is currently developing his original feature Second First Dates with American High, with Peyton Elizabeth Lee attached to star and produce.
