About The Academy at American High

The Academy at American High is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers hybrid educational training for students of digital media and content creation.

Our Mission

The mission of The Academy at American High is to provide comprehensive training in digital media and content creation delivered by highly-qualified professionals, in an innovative and engaging format, that effectively prepares students who may otherwise not have the resources for a variety of careers in the world of entertainment and media production.

What We Do

We actively and immersively teach all aspects of media production through:
– workshops,
– Certificate Courses,
– on-set opportunities,
– studio tours,
– internship programs,
– support for short films,
– guest speakers,
– screenings,
and more!

The Academy’s focus is both theoretical and hands-on. We host regular in-person workshops for local enthusiasts, as well as virtual seminars for a diverse global audience.
