“As a film actor that has appeared in several American High Films, I was astatic to hear that their Academy would be fully operational in Liverpool N. Y. They always treated me well and are a very professional organization. As an acting teacher for children at an intercity daycare, I couldn’t wait to schedule a tour at their facility. When I did, the staff were very accommodating and treated my students in such a great manner, that the students always ask when we can go back. The staff explained the use of the props, costumes, and equipment in a way that built more enthusiasm in my students than I could have imagined. That was such a moving experience that, as a teacher and a film actor, I hope that the C.N.Y. community will utilize this gem that we have been blessed with!”

“I just wanted to personally thank you for all of the amazing opportunities I’ve been given this semester. Working with Jeremy on the pitch deck was awesome, going to the PA workshop was dope, Jeremy asking me to head the team on BTS clips is sick, and now being on an actual shoot is so cool. I learned more from this internship in the past year than I learned in my entire 5 years of college.”

“For someone who is rarely at a loss for words, it’s mind-boggling how I still struggle to find the ability to convey my personal and our collective gratitude to all of you for what you have done for a very special little boy and his family. The magnitude of your generosity is truly what dreams are made of for critically ill kids and for us.”

“Within the span of two months, I’ve managed to work my way up from dressing sets and painting props in the art department to being an assistant to some of the top executives of this company and was recently hired for an amazing full-time job. The people, the community of American High, have given me the most amazing connections and industry experiences. But most of all, they’ve made me feel respected, heard, valued. For the first time since starting college, I’ve finally felt like I belong to a part of something much bigger than myself. I may not be able to put that on a résumé, but the spark, the faith they put in me will stick with me. It’s a feeling. And that feeling is serendipitous.”

“Thank you so much for an incredible semester. It was great to work with American High in a different capacity and learn more about the development/production processes. I greatly appreciate your guidance and flexibility throughout the course of the semester. I’m excited to see what’s in store next for American High!”
