Taught by post-production professional Molle DeBartolo, this course is perfect for aspiring filmmakers eager to unlock the power of cinematic color correction. Over 6 weeks, participants will receive hands-on training in Resolve, learning how to elevate the visual tone of their films through professional-grade techniques. From foundational grading to advanced color workflows, students will walk away with practical skills and a deeper understanding of how color can transform storytelling on screen.
About the Instructor
With over 15 years of experience in film and television, Molle DeBartolo is a seasoned production manager who began her career in post-production at Deluxe NY. Since joining American High in 2017, she has played a key role in building a full-service production-to-post pipeline in Syracuse, NY. Her credits include Hulu originals Summer of ’69, Plan B, It’s a Wonderful Binge, Miguel Wants to Fight, and Prom Dates. A member of the Director’s Guild of America, Molle is also a dedicated educator at Syracuse University and an active mentor for emerging filmmakers through The Academy at American High, where she continues to champion the next generation of cinematic storytellers.
